Why Sourdough?

Sourdough is bread made simple. Bread made with just four ingredients: flour, water and salt. The last one but the most important one is time. 

Characteristics of sourdough:

_ Complex taste
_ Lasts longer. Unlike supermarket bread which is made with a neverending list of ingredients, my handmade bread is very simple but it lasts longer. After three days it is still perfectly good to eat.
